Seven unrelated residents who live in a house near Daytona Beach share a common thread: They’re on Florida’s list of registered sex offenders.

The 1,918-square-foot, single-family home at 1498 Old Kings Road is occupied by six men and one woman, all with criminal histories that include sex crimes — most involving children.
