A Vinton County man has been charged after setting up sexual encounters with a Scioto County juvenile, and soliciting nude photos of two girls.

Arrested was Brian Scott Sibley, 27, of Vinton, Ohio. Sibley has been charged with one count of attempted rape, a felony of the second degree, two counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, a felony of the third degree, one count of attempted unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, a felony of the fourth degree and pandering obscenity involving a minor, a felony of the third degree. Sibley was held on a $ 105,000 bond, pending his appearance Monday in Portsmouth Municipal Court.

Scioto County Sheriff Marty V. Donini said his office received a call on April 4, 2014, from a mother stating that she found out her 15-year-old daughter and her 11-year-old friend had been in contact with an adult male via the computer using a program called Kik, Facebook and Snap Chat…Read more…
